Elite Level:

The
prerequisite is to be able to swim with B+ times (USA Pacific Standard). The
goal is to improve stroke efficiency and sharpen competitive swimming skills on
start, turns, finish, kicks and strokes. Entry

The
prerequisite is capability to swim 4 strokes with decent techniques. The goal is
to be able to swim 1500+ yd sets within 1-hr training, to learn basic racing
tactics, to improve swimming speed with more advanced swimming skill on start,
turns, finish and races, and to reach B+ times.

The prerequisite is
capability to swim 100 yd sets respectively with three strokes with decent
butterfly. We enhance all four strokes plus basic competitive skills and
strength. The goal is to swim over 500 yards with decent freestyle and finish
50yd within one minute with any two strokes. Entry criteria:

The prerequisite is
capability to swim 100 yd with two strokes plus good breaststroke. We will focus
on improving swimmers’ three strokes and the swimming speeds plus basic
butterfly skills. Graduates
shall be able to swim over 300+ yd in freestyle non-stop.

Level:

The
prerequisite is 25 yards in two stokes. This
class will improve the swimmers’ breath control, freestyle and backstroke,
while focusing on learning the breaststroke. Graduates shall be able to
swim over 150+ yd in freestyle non-stop. Instructor
will teach in water for the Intermediate I to improve strokes and kicks.
Instructor will be teaching on deck for Intermediate II. Entry
criteria:

Beginner

The
prerequisite is 5+ years old swimmers who can swim five yards or more. The main goal
is to teach them to swim over 25 yards with two basic strokes and gain basic
survival capability in water. Swimmers
will practice floating, kicking with
kickboard, breathing in water, basic freestyle and backstroke. Instructor will
teach in water. Entry
criteria:
Beg II: Be
able to swim 15yd in freestyle plus some back stroke.
Beg
I: Newly from
Bubbler. Be able to swim 5yd in freestyle.
Bubbler
Level:
Max

Class
Time: 30 min.
This
level is great for the first time swimmers of five or above who will not cry in
water. Our goal is to help them
build up confidence in the water and swim up to 5 yards.
The swimmers will play in the water while working on fundamental skills
like bubbling in water, floating on front, kick with kickboard and push-off the
wall on their own. Instructor will teach
in water. Entry
criteria:
Bubbler II:
Dare and be able to swim out a couple of yards in any stroke without any
help.
Bubbler I:
5+yo and will not cry stepping into water.
Private
