Ground Breaking Ceremony for Fremont Swim Center on Feb 28, 2008

While the upcoming Olympic Games will be hosted in Beijing this August, our head coach, an Olympian medalist swimmer from China will break ground her first swim house named Fremont Swim Center, right here in the bay area. The ceremony will be at the swim center project site, located at 34075 Fremont Blvd in the northern Fremont, behind the nearby Lucky Supermarket and in front of the Motel 6 office at the I-880 Fremont Blvd exit.

This exciting swim center will be the very first indoor swimming house with pools heated year-round in Fremont, suitable for swimmers of all ages. It will have a building area of over 10,000sf including two pools, shower and locker rooms, accessible for both members and drop-in swimmers.

Please download the power point presentation (save the file first and open it) if you want to know more about the project.   Both the mayor and vice mayor of Fremont have confirmed to attend our ceremony. We would like to see you on our ground-breaking ceremony to demonstrate your care and support for the project, to celebrate and witness this exciting historic moment of Fremont.

Fremont Swim Center Investment Opportunity !!!

Click Here to download Presentation (For 2nd Round Fundraising) , it may take a few minutes... please be patient.

As the founders of the swim school, we've been dreaming to build an indoor pool for our swimmers. What's exciting is, we've bought a commercial vacant land (.93 acre) near Fremont Blvd and I-880 already with 13 investors already.  We also established San Jose Construction to be our new primary General Contractor, and San Jose GC suggested that we should be able to break ground on Dec 3rd if everything goes as planned.

Meanwhile, due to the increased construction cost and lender’s equity/down-pay requirement, we need a second round of fundraising to ($650K) to get the construction loan approved and get the construction started with no further delay.   Five current investors including the founders had signed up one half of the planned raised fund of $325K already.

The benefits for investors can be summarized below:

(1) Long term, stable, medium return in double digit for the first decade.

(2) Low risk with a commercial building (the Fremont Swim Center) backing it. Besides, you will co-invest with the world champion, who will ensure a stable long term tenant (the swim school) for the building, to fully pay off the monthly mortgage payments, property taxes and insurances.

(3) It provides your kids, yourselves and the local communities a brand new facility to swim without worrying about rains, winds and sun-burns.

(4) It helps you obtain the first-hand experience tapping into the commercial real estate investment market. The amount is flexible, from $100K; of course, higher the investment, higher the priority to be selected and join our investors' club.

(5) This project contributes values and benefits to local communities. It will provide local youths a better environment to learn swimming, safety, fun and other life skills, improving the quality of life, promoting health for local residents of all ages and all cultural backgrounds.

(6) It diversifies your long term investment portfolio.

It's not a project for every one. Nonetheless, it is a fascinating opportunity for successful professionals, high income couples or swimmer parents, capable and kind-hearted investors who want to contribute back to the community and do not depend on the short term return of their investment for a living.

So far, we still have a few openings for new investors. First come, first served. If you are a fit and motivated prospect investor with good credits, please contact us  at your earliest convenience. We will contact you to follow up with a meeting and other business information. Please call my cell 510-676-0744 if any question.

Thank you very much for your attention, supports and considerations!
